Before returning any Blackstone Models
product, please contact us first to discuss the nature of your problem. If you need to return the item for repair, please complete a Service Request Form and include it with your returned item.
* We cannot accept freight cars, passenger cars or accessories for repair. If you have purchased these items from an authorized Blackstone Models dealer, please return the damaged item directly to that dealer. Replacement parts (if available) can be ordered through our Customer Support Center.
* We cannot accept locomotives returned for service without their original packaging. This includes the box, plastic clam shell and the foam liner. Any model returned to us without the factory supplied packaging will be returned to the sender without being serviced!
